Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We will only accept returns when;-

1. Items are faulty or not fit for sale through the fault of inthebag.ie.
2. Goods are not received.

Goods that are accepted under our T&C’s will be done so on the terms of Credit Note.
